Create Tiles, Copy and Paste Tiles

Create Tiles, method 1

Right-click mouse on an User Panel, or use the Menu of the Panel to show the Popup Menu:

• Select Create Tile.

Create Tile results in the following dialog:

• The User can enter a file, like a document, or a program / executable.
• Values can be entered
  • manually,
  • using the browse-buttons, or
  • using drag-and-drop from Explorer.

Example

The User can do drag-and-drop from the folder with Documents, and create Tiles for the Documents that he/she needs to access frequently.

• Click on Apply

Create Tiles, method 2

Using Explorer, select a File or a Program / Executable, and do a "Copy":

Within the Start Menu, do a "Paste Tile":

Create Tiles, method 3

Select a Tile and click on "Copy Tile":

Select an User Panel (Panel created by the User), and click on "Paste Tile":

Select an Item in the TreeView / Menu and drag-and-drop the Item on an User Panel:

Create Tiles, method 5

Select an Item in the TreeView / Menu and drag-and-drop the Item on some empty space in the StartMenu:

Result

A fresh new User Panel will be created, and it will contain the Item as a Tile.

Create Tiles, method 6

Select a Tile in a System Panel and drag-and-drop the Item on some empty space in the StartMenu.

A fresh new User Panel will be created, containing the Tile.

Result

Note:

• If you drag-and-drop a Tile from a System Panel, the Tile will be copied.
• If you drag-and-drop a Tile from the Treeview / Menu on the left, the Tile will be copied.
• If you drag-and-drop a Tile from an User Panel, the Tile will be moved.
